A deposit is enough to hold your workshop date for any number of months. Full payment is due 45-days from the scheduled date of your workshop.
Group workshops are only available as non-refundable full payments as I offer them at a very competitive rate. If you have to cancel, I am happy to transfer your date to a date that works.

Please note that my Alpine & The American Pika Workshop has a slightly higher cost than my other workshops. This is because I donate $100/alpine workshop to the San Juan Mountain Association for their efforts to protect these mountains and the creatures calling them home. The alpine and biomes we’ll be passing through to access and observe American pika are extremely fragile. I feel most comfortable offering workshops in these landscapes when I’m able to give back to conservation. You will receive confirmation of this donation.
